Amiko Glasford, Guest Financial Literacy Instructor

Amiko Glasford is currently an Analyst at The Carlyle Group, a private equity company in Washington, DC. She works on the U.S. Real Estate team in the Asset Management Division where she is responsible for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets including 7 hotels, 4 senior living facilities, and 1 office building.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Glasford was an Analyst at JPMorgan in New York in the Real Estate Investment Group. In this role, she was responsible for a $1.2 billion portfolio of office and industrial real estate assets. Her responsibilities at Carlyle and JPMorgan include monitoring and managing the performance of the buildings in her portfolio to maximize the return for investors.

Ms. Glasford received her M.B.A from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a B.A. in Government.
